Real Estate Accounting

Whatever the size of your agency, your numbers have to stack up. For up to date accurate financial information on revenue/ cash in flows, payables, payroll, tax payments, Superannuation, the daily processes have to be managed smoothly.

Our efficient team of accountants and bookkeepers will relieve the enormous burden of all the accounting – tracking and handling your settlements, paying your supplier bills, including VPA, handling payroll, credit cards, consumables recharges, BAS, Superannuation.

All you will need to do – literally – is to be available to authorise payments, which we will set up on your internet banking


We will prepare and lodge the monthly Instalment Activity Statements, quarterly Business Activity Statements and handle all liaisons with the tax office.

We will plan your cash flows in relation to taxes, super, tax instalments etc and ensure there are no surprises with cash flow.

As seasoned Financial Controllers, we will liaise with your tax agent on end of year matters to ensure they deliver the best tax result for you and that their job is made easier at year end.

If you are unsure about your tax agent, you can expect that we will step in and deliver the result you require.


We provide an exceptional payroll service to clients, which occurs on a fortnighly basis. This covers your sales agents, administration staff, property management staff; and we will of course manage your drawings – whether is a fixed salary, commission, advances or dividend.

The highly skilled payroll team will liaise closely with you at ach payrun and seemlessly handle all commission payments, agent deductions; debit/credit; let fee incentives, salary sacrifice, leave deductions, termination payments.

Agent commission advices will be available online allowing real time, continuous access to their earnings, deductions, tax deductions, debit/credit balance.

Employment Agreements

For all new staff, we will prepare all the employment agreements. Our agreements are compliant with the Real Estate Industry Award 2010, Fair Work Act 2009.

If there is ever an employment issue, we will support you through the process.

For more complex matters, we have a corporate alliance with a national firm of employment specialists to manage any complex legal disputes with staff.

Most disputes with staff, however, we will handle ourselves so there is no extra cost to you.

Sales Trust Accounting

We can handle all your sales trust accounting duties. This includes all daily receipting for sales deposits and VPA; deposit refunds; commission transfers, VPA transfers; daily reconciliations and end of month reconciliations for OFT purposes.

Reconciliation & audit compliance issues will become a thing of the past for you as our staff are versant with The Property & Motor Dealers Act 2000, Property Occupations Act 2014 (Qld) and Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002.

Our staff have received training in the use of MyDesktop, Property Tree, Console and Box & Dice trust accounting systems.
